  • 1- Do you accept pets?

    Yes, we do. They must be leashed at all time and friendly.


  • 2- Do you help us with Clearance and Customs?

    Yes, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm


  • 3- Do you charge for Clearance and Customs assistance?

    No, the assistance is part of our services.


  • 4- What form of payments do you accept?

    VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, Bank transfers, Checks and Bank deposits. We do not accept cash.


  • 5- What are Port Captain’s working hours?

    From Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, except Holidays.


  • 6- What documents do we need to get the TIP?

    • Current, valid registration certificate of vessel.
    • Vessel insurance in Mexican waters
    • Passport of the Captain and all the crew
    • Passport of the Captain and all the crew
    • Notarized letter from the owner to authorize the Captain (In case the owner is not here or the vessel is under a company’s name)


  • 7- What documents do we need to check in at Port Captain?

    • Current, valid registration certificate of vessel.
    • TIP (Temporary Import Permit)
    • Vessel insurance in Mexican waters
    • Passport of the Captain and all the crew
    • Notarized letter from the owner to authorize the Captain (In case the owner is not here or the vessel is under a company’s name)
